Echo is ready for adoption!
Shepherd mix, approx. 2-3 years old, spayed, current on vaccines, and microchipped
This pretty girl came to us when she was hit by a car and her left front leg was severely injured. A good samaritan witnessed her get hit and brought her to an emergency clinic and her owner was located but they were unable to provide her with the medical care she needed. She was going to be euthanized but we stepped in to save her life.
We hoped to save her leg but the fracture was severe and the nerve was dead so it had to come off. She's doing so well as a tripod though!
Echo would thrive as an only pet where she can be the center of attention but she does do well with cats in her foster home (though can be protective of her kennel if they come near it) and gets along with other low key dogs with a proper introduction. She doesn't want to play with her canine friends though.
She seems to be house trained and will go to the door when she needs to go out. Crate training is a work in progress as it gives her some anxiety. We don't think she was kenneled prior to now.
Adoption fee $275
