Pitbull mix, approx. 6 months old, currently about 25 lbs, spayed, current on vaccines and microchipped
Here is what Meredith's foster mom had to say about her:
She LOVES to snuggle and be the center of attention!
Understands commands: no, yes (for good girl), off. Comes to her name or Mer Mer when called. Working on leash walking and not jumping.
Enjoys being active, especially likes being outside as long as she isn't alone. She loves to play and run. Loves to play with other dogs. Can be a little rough during play but her foster sis is bigger than her and doesn't mind.
Does well in a crate at night but also likes to sleep in bed with us. Crates well during the day. Whines briefly but stops quickly. She does like to bark at people and noises but stops when corrected.
Doing great with potty training, still a few accidents but that's normal.
Does great with other dogs! She does like to steal her foster sis' food/treats so that could be an issue if the other dog is food aggressive. She is not food aggressive but likes to eat a lot. Doesn't bother the cats and even lays next to them without issues. Has done well with our kids!
