Echo is a semi-feral girl that has pretty severe neurological symptoms. She is suspected to have some form of cerebral issue or brain damage from injury. She is a floor dweller and cannot get up and climb on things but does use the litterbox with no accidents at all! When she allows you to pick her up she does purr eventually. Deep down she is a sweet girl but will need a lot of time to open up to anyone. We know that a home for Echo will be hard to come by but we're hoping that someone will open up their heart and home to her. <3
