Emmie is a 3-4 year old beagle mix who came up from an Oklahoma kill shelter in early November. She weigh about 40 lbs.

Emmie is an extremely shy girl. She was likely not socialized properly to humans at a young age and/or spent a lot of time living on the streets as a stray. We wish she could tell us her story. She is incredibly sweet though and has never shown an ounce of aggression. She loves to chew on bones, play with other dogs, and nap the day away. Once she feels comfortable with a person touching her, she enjoys belly rubs. 

Emmie would do best in a patient and quiet home with other dogs and with a fenced yard.
