Scout, puppy mill survivor, is looking for his forever home!

Here is what his foster mom had to say about him:
Scout is an absolute honey! He loves people and would do well with a family and other pets. He is going through typical puppy phase of chewing but learning how much fun toys are. He is doing great with potty training and being in his kennel. At night he sleeps well in the bed with me. If looking for a playful, cuddly, relatively calm pup, Scout is for your family!
