Shadow is a very calm, loving 9 year old dog. Nine may sound old but she is still an active girl and has a lot of life to live. 

In her foster home, she loves to spend time outside; she enjoys laying on the deck and sunbathing and going for long walks (she does great on the leash!)

She LOVES attention and if she’s not getting enough then she comes to get it. Her little nose is powerful at nudging her way into your space. 

Shadow is house trained and doesn't need to be kenneled as she just sits on the couch and waits for people to return.

She is good with other dogs and does well with indoor cats but when she sees cats outside, she wants to chase them so a home with indoor only cats who like dogs (or no cats at all) would be best.

Her adoption fee is $200 and includes spay, core vaccines and microchip. Shadow came to us from Texas heartworm positive and, if adopted prior to completion, Hero's Haven will pay for her treatment.
