Marleigh, estimated to be around 4 years old, was rescued from an outdoor life when she was found fending for herself very pregnant. She gave birth to five kittens and was a wonderful mother. She's now been with our rescue for over 2 years waiting to find her forever home.

Marleigh needs an adopter who doesn't expect her to be the "typical" cat as she was likely undersocialized during the kitten stage of her life. Although she can be incredibly sweet, she is skittish and she wants interactions with humans to be on her terms and at her pace. If you don't mind an aloof cat who will be more like a roommate than a sidekick, then she's your girl. She'll thank you for her food with some rubs against your leg and occasionally lay down next to you for some pets but otherwise she'll probably kind of do her own thing most of the time. Oh, but she loves to play with wand toys!

Her adoption fee is sponsored. She is spayed, current on vaccines and microchipped. Marleigh has also been FIV/FeLV tested and is negative for both.
