Howie was born outside in Waterloo and had to fend for himself along with his sibling as part of a colony of cats until a kind caretaker took the initiative to bring them inside. Howie has never looked back and loves his indoor lifestyle. He is an outgoing kitty who loves belly rubs and watching bird videos on your phone. Now approximately 7 months old, Howie is neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. Adoption fee is $100. He'd love to be adopted with his sister Wren (adoption fee $150 for both).
