Victor is the biggest sweetheart. He loves cuddles and always is trying to snatch your food. He came in super scared of everyone and everything and covered in fleas, but in his foster home he has learned how to be a playful, affectionate kitten. He loves playing with his foster mom's kitten and his foster siblings, Sassy and Jelly Bean, and even sometimes the dog. He does awesome with a dog that is ten times bigger than him. Adoption fee $100. He is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.
